Heirloom Flats is a timelessly designed apartment community inspired by food, friends, and family. Located in Bloomfield, Connecticut, a town with rich agricultural heritage, Heirloom Flats boasts amenities that encourages it’s community to cook and grow their own meals. Tenants can grow fresh herbs and vegetables in their own plot, and then take their harvest from the garden to the “Grill-zebo,” found in the in the courtyard.

We crafted a fresh brand identity that married both the modern and rustic feel of the property.
